Review: Jessica Jane amazing on Penn & Teller ‘Fool Us’ performance (Includes first-hand account)

Jessica Jane’s performance involved some fire-eating, mind-reading and some neat magic. She incorporated Fool Us host Alyson Hannigan as an assistant in her act, which was an added treat.

She was praised by veteran magician Penn Jillette for being “fabulous,” and rightfully so. She made a very difficult routine seem effortless, and certainly deserves a round of applause for her “barbecue tongue.” There was a rawness, originality and authenticity to her demonstrations.

The Verdict

Jessica Jane’s presentation skills were top-notch, and she sets the standards high for magicians and performers in the industry, while serving as a positive role model for aspiring female magicians. It was great to see her national television debut on Fool Us with Penn & Teller. Her future in the contemporary magic scene ought to be very promising. Well done.
