Acclaimed comedian Margaret Cho has scored her fourth career Grammy nomination in the "Best Comedy Album" category for "American Myth."
American Myth is the follow-up to her 2010 Grammy-nominated album, Cho Dependent, and it marks her first new music in over six years via her record label, Clownery Records. It features the hit song "Anna Nicole," where she pays homage to her late friend, Anna Nicole Smith.
Her album, which earned rave reviews from music critics, is available here.
Cho is returning to "Fashion Police" on E! on January 9, 2017, where she will be covering the Golden Globe awards.
Regarding her latest Grammy nomination, Margaret Cho remarked, "I'm thrilled to receive this nomination and I share this honor with Garrison Starr and Roger Rocha and all the other artists who contributed to this album."
She also noted her excitement to have released American Myth, due to the versatile topics that she covers on this album, which range from family to comedy, anger, fear, pride, grief, gayness, love and hate.
