This year, Plaçais was a contestant on "Britain's Got Talent" and "America's Got Talent." "I heard after that I was the first and the only one to do it. Last year was really crazy for me. I think that did the tour of the world twice in this year. Every single time, I went to the U.K. and the U.S.A. It was always a pleasure and a really good experience," he said.
He continued, "Like all the televisions shows, I like to do something that people didn't expect. I came to America for the original America's Got Talent and it gave me a lot of adrenaline. It was an amazing feeling," he said.
Regarding his plans for 2017, he said, "I am actually touring to all of Europe with a Spanish sexy cabaret show named 'The Hole,' where I perform an amazing straps act where we speak about love story between two guys, the live singer and me, and the story is really a sad love story."
He added, "I will be a part of the Scotland Festival with my bath tub act, and also on a show in Switzerland named Place au Festival."
On his inspiration to become an aerialist, he said, "I started to be an artist by chance. I was doing a summer job and took care of children and one acrobat got injured so they knew that I was a higher level in sports so they asked me to cover him. To this day, I have fallen in love with this job. It is such an incredible feeling. A mixture of adrenaline and happiness," he said. "Then I saw the straps act, and my good friend, Nathalie Gruss, presented me with my first straps that I still have for 20 years. I started to train. I watched videos on YouTube, and I tried to do the same trick and little by little, I created an act."

I love doing that because I want give more emotions to the audience. Watching the emotions of the audience makes me really happy every day," he said.
His advice for aspiring aerialists is as follows: "Never give up and don't listen to people. Motivation is important. Everyone started one day so after lots of hour of training everything is possible. Do what you love and that will never feel like work," he said.
For his fans, Plaçais concluded, "I would like say thanks, because I am doing this for them, and its always pleasure to read their messages, talk with them and see them happy."
