Country singer Brett Eldredge is nominated for "New Artist of the Year" at this year's upcoming Academy of Country Music (ACM) awards.
Eldredge is nominated along with country singers Justin Moore and Kip Moore.
As Digital Journal previously reported, Eldredge was a semi-finalist for the ACM "New Artist of the Year" award, among eight other nominees that included country group Parmalee, Kacey Musgraves, Lee Brice, Tyler Farr and Thomas Rhett.
His sophomore single "Don't Ya" reached the top of the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts and stayed there for two weeks; moreover, his newest single "Beat of the Music" sits at No. 19 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, for the week ending February 15.
These songs are both tracks on his debut studio album Bring You Back, which was well-received by music critics, including Digital Journal.
