Comcast customer gets bill addressed to ‘Super B****’

WGN-TV reports that Mary Bauer, 63, recently received a bill addressed to “Super B****.” She has been dealing with problems with her Comcast cable service for months.

Though her cable is now working consistently, she says she had a total of 39 Comcast technicians visiting her house from November to April. The problem was finally resolved, but then a new problem popped up. She didn’t receive any bills — for four months straight.

She finally called Comcast to ask them how much she owed. While she admitted to being a “little hot and a little angry” because of the service, she says she didn’t yell or swear at the service rep she spoke to.

On Wednesday, she received the bill addressed to “Super B**** Bauer.”

“This is a disgrace to me,” she told WGN-TV. Why are they doing this to me? Ipay my bills. I Do not deserve this.”

Consumerist asked, in its report on the incident, why Comcast thinks it can add new customers when it can barely stop its employees from making big mistakes.

This is the latest gaffe from the company that just recently sent a bill to a Washington couple, addressed to “A**hole Brown.” Ricardo and Lisa Brown had tried to cancel their Comcast service.

And that’s not all — in the wake of “A**hole Brown” story more Comcast customers stepped forward, saying their names had been changed to words like “whore” and “dummy.”
