My grade is B-plus, but no more, as a political speech (meeting campaign needs, etc.) and C-minus as a true progressive speech.
On the progressivism grade, that's not counting Dick Durbin's bald-faced lie that Obama would "protect our civil liberties," given Obama's vote on the FISA amendment bill last month.
