Legions of Supporters Rally on Line to Help Justin Hines

Fans of Canadian singer-songwriter JUSTIN HINES are responding in force to US TV star OPRAH WINFREY’S posted question - Season 25 - Who Do You Want to See Oprah Interview? by finding their way to Facebook and adding their thumbs-ups to help Justin fulfill his increasing desire to share his music and story all over the world.
Winfrey has asked her audience, on-line, who they would like to see sitting next to her before her show comes to an end. “Now it’s your turn to tell us who YOU want,” she says. “A famous actor or musician? Someone unexpected, notorious, head-turning, tear-jerking, headline-making...we want to know who you've always wanted on Oprah!”
Hines is all of these and more! He’s talented, sensitive, charismatic, powerful and bold and the popular entertainer has accomplished much beyond his tender years. He’s been the FACTOR Breakthrough Artist of the Year (2009), recipient of the Rick Hansen Award of Excellence and the Easter Seals Award for Achievement, a YTV Achievement Award and a nomination for a Gemini Award. Most recently, Justin inspired an extraordinary, tell-all Global TV Network News 16:9 profile that captured the Adrienne Clarkson Award for Diversity in Journalism in Canada.
After filming a video documentary in South Africa this spring, to accompany his new record release there, Hines’ crew visited several primary schools including Winfrey’s 7 Fountains School and the desire to reach out directly to Oprah’s bigger audience took on the proportions of Justin’s ambitious initiative to promote South African youth education and to build new schools there.
