"Show Me Thy Glory" this was Moses' request to God on Mt. Sinai. After spending days on the mountain talking to God and receiving detailed instructions on how to make the ark of the covenant, and the other vestments for the tabernacle of God, Moses was still missing something. He was speaking to a God he still didn't know - but yearned to. When prompted he immediately asked to see the nature of this God he was communing with. God responded by saying He'll allow His glory to pass by Moses and he'll catch the tail end of it - cause Moses a mere man could not look upon this glory and live.
