How do you prevent/fix a gap between embedded video and text?

I recently posted an article about Laura Bush visiting Arkansas on book signing tour...found at
http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/292089.
There is a gap between the video and the beginning of the text. Is there a way for me to fix this, prevent it from happening in the future (not the first time it's happened), or is it something that DJ editors must fix?
