Google: Behind the Screen is a tad old (2006) but I just watched it for the first time on YouTube. I highly recommend it, because it takes you through Google's labs and HQ, providing a glimpse into the company that few filmmakers get.
The doc isn't a cheery Google-is-great puff piece. Rather, director IJsbrand van Veelen takes the company to task for accumulating the world's information and having the power to disseminate it as the company sees fit. There are some good discussions about who has the right to provide the world with information -- the private or public sector.
