If you live in Pittsburgh, Charlotte or Boston, congrats -- you live in a city that offers impressive unemployment benefits. Consumerist reports on a survey done by L.A. Times to determine the best and worst cities in terms of unemployment benefits, compared to the cost of living.

New York, Miami and Pheonix ranked among the worst cities to live in if you're jobless.
