War with Iran may be inevitable - But can the War on Terror be bankrolled?

We can't turn on a television anymore without some reference to Iran and their Nuclear programme. According to the experts, a fully loaded Iranian Nuke could be "around the corner". Is the whole issue of "Iran Bashing" really just related to the whole Petro Dollar conspiracy? Now I am not one for subscribing to conspiracies theories, but is there more to the Petro Dollar story? Take a look at this video and judge for yourself. It certainly has some points and if this is the case, how does the fall in the dollar effect the ability to bankroll a new War? Is the US in a catch 22?
