How the heck do I upload my own video (without a code!)?

Hi all, This is completely new to me, and I'm asking for help as the help page on DJ does not tell me how to proceed to upload video footage when it's on my computer, not on Youtube or other sites. Does anybody know? I got a little clip from this am's Olympic torch relay I'd like to put up, as bad as it is, as it adds to the flavour of the story. Thanks in advance, Stephanie
