Colour Part of Life, Make it Part of Your Photography

Colour is part of life. For a fun, personal assignment, shoot something with simply colour as the photo's subject. This is easier than it sounds. A shot of fall foliage is taken because of the bright mix of coloured leaves. My picture falls within this fall colour theme. It focuses on the splendour of golden-toned hosta leaves rather than bright, red maple leaves. The texture of the hosta leaves adds to the strength of the composition. Cheers!
