Driving a cab in Vegas

I just thought I'd my fellow digital journalist know what's up with me. I just started a new job on Sunday, driving a cab in Vegas. So far, so good and an interesting adventure. I am doing it to fund some internet ventures of mine and put a little extra money in the coffers. Next weekend I am off to Jacksonhole Wyoming to do an all expense paid press junket for the movie 2012. I got the invite yesterday. I will have some stories on Friday and Saturday this week. One thing about driving a cab, it is a guaranteed job in Vegas that is good money. You have to pass a physical, drug test (hair and urine), two Taxi Cab Authority test, safety and orientation course, and couple of other classes then they through you to the wolves. I will do a piece on it in a couple of weeks, but so far so good, so if your in Vegas, tip your cab driver, only if they are cool!
