Why can't I load six CDs into the 6 CD player the saleswoman said was in the Mazda we just bought? Because it is only a one CD player and she didn't even know it!! Ford dealer's and Lincoln Mercury's salesmen also don't know the new Escapes and Mariners only have a one CD player not a six as they all insisted when trying to sell us one of those car.
The air conditioner wasn't working, why? Because the repair man that came out to fix another problem that another repairman had goofed on had to pull two wires from the AC before he could work on the transformer outside and he forgot to reattach the wires.
Why couldn't I use my desk top computer for about a month? Because numerous repair men didn't know how to fix the problem or were too lazy to do the work involved.
