the preamble of the constitution is where all these marxists get their america owes them ''free'' insurance,well they ned to read it ,it says to ''promote the general welfare''' it doesn't say one word about funding it,theres talk about roads theres talk about the army and navy.but not one word about ''welfare'' get your hands out of my pocket.
