News Reporting 101 Liveblog, Sept. 16, noon ET -- Bringing balance to a story

DigitalJournal.com is once again hosting a News Reporting 101 Liveblog on a topic of interest to any passionate journalist: balance. On Sept. 16 at noon ET, take part in a workshop and discussion on how to add balance and fairness to news article. The class will allow anyone to interact with DigitalJournal.com editors to ask questions about the best ways to bring balance to articles, finding credible sources, staying away from bias, and more. The liveblog class will be found in a blog post in this Citizen Journalism News n' Views Group on Sept 16 at noon ET. The liveblog will be embedded in the comment section. After the event, the liveblog transcript will be viewable to anyone who visits the blog post.
