Mood
So I am in a bad mood today. It is gloomy and I hate gloomy weather without a Thunderstorm. If it isn't a Thunderstorm I want it to be sunny. My family has been perpetually sick for months now, and I guess alot of people in my Area are going through the same thing. I am pregnant so I am already feeling weak and tired. I have like no sense of humor right now, more like a sense of sarcasm. And I can't keep my boys laying down. grrrrrrrrr.
Oh yeah and I have heartburn something fierce, this baby better have hair.

Ah Sam I am sorry and wish that I could do something to help you out.
I will just offer you my love and tell you that I do care.
Things will get better and hopefully sooner than later.
xoxo

As I once suggested to someone else, go buy something you absolutely do NOT need...even if it is something very cheap...it always makes one feel better.
It worked for the person I suggested it to last time...didn't it Picasso? LOL
Feel better hon.

Yes it did Susan.
But for Sam with sick kids she probably can't get out.

No money. Digital Journal should give me a salary Job to be the resident Bitch, then I would be happy. =)
oh yeah and then I could buy something.

That is what online shopping sites are for...hehe
(I always know how to spend money!)

oh yeah and then I could buy something. Sam, that is what Hagen Daz Ice Cream is all about. Even though it is probably the most expensive ice cream out there, for 4-6 bucks you can feel totally sorry for yourself, go get a pint of Dulce de Leche (or they've got this new half the fat version out but I'm thinking that you can't really feel that sorry for yourself if you are eating half the fat!) or the chocolate chip cookie pint and eat the whole damn thing (all at once!!). To hell with dinner for the family, let them eat KD and hot dogs.
-
lol, they are eating Captain Crunch and Cocoa Pebbles, me I am indulging in a pop, Hubby has noodle soup for his throat.
I am feeling a wee bit better. I think everything is just catching up with me. I need to sleep for a day.
I have to watch my son though, his cousin got Scarlet Fever and I have to make sure his throat isn't hurting or he doesn't get a fever or a rash. He was only around her for about an hour, but my mom and my hubby both have sore throats and it isn't from post nasal drip soooo I am hoping strep doesn't start going around. We already caught a nasty ole chest cold.
-
Oh cripes Sam, that is just too bad. I know there have been tons of illnesses going around the kiddie beat these days, I have a g/f who has twins in primary school and they have been really sick all this winter/spring. Goodness, the last thing you need to do is be pregnant, take care of sick kids (I'm including hubby in the "kid" group because of the sore throat!) and battle an illness of any kind. Lots of honey and lemon in tea for the throat if you've got it.
-
lol, don't let hubby see you call him one of my kids. * giggles* He is pretty self sufficient when he is sick, it isn't very often I have to take care of him. I am dreading him getting full blown strep though, it is one of those illnessess that lays him out so bad he can't even move.
-
That is exactly why I called him one of the kids ... strep has this horrible effect on men where they just lay there in total agony staring with glazed over eyes at the ceiling, then thrashing around trying to get comfortable, all the while begging "please ... just kill me" (... ah, if only it were legal ... "but officer, he begged me to do it and after all, I did vow that I'd love, honor and OBEY!").
[Actually, I think I skipped that last word in my vows and the priest was so totally annoyed at me for that and other goings on that he didn't even come for the dinner ... but that is another hoo hah story.]
-
lmao, Tom says I said Obey, but I could have sworn I said cherish. either way, I vowed, and it has been the only vow I haven't been able to keep. Sorry I am just not the obeying type, I mean I try but I end up doing the complete opposite.
My poor frustrated hubby.

OK Sam, tell us again when that baby is due.
I am in a real smart ass mood today =) ) that is a quote from Sam today.
So DJ folks please forgive Sam for anything and everything that she says that may seem inappropriate or as an attack. For she knoweth not what she doth.
DJ staff there needs to be a new set of rules for all pregnant women. They should include that any abuse report will be ignored.
We all love Sam even when she is being a smart ass. :-)

LMAO!!! I am due August 26th.
