Do you know this man?

A while ago I found an old black and white picture of a man which was signed and has Turgeon (at least, that's what I think it says) Palm Beach, Florida which is printed on the picture in gold lettering. I presume this might be the photographers. I've added pictures of the man to my images and just wondered if anyone might know who it is since I can't make out the signature, which is in blue ink, properly. His first name is John, he has the initial A and his surname starts with R.
