A Fork in the Road

For some, there comes a time when lovers or friends have reached a fork in their journey through life. How they decide to part is their own individual choice. And the fork in the road happens to be of no one's fault. And it is something they should consider while they look back upon their journey and give eachother that one last look.. There might be tears, smiles, anger, resentment or their might still love. But whatever emotions are left, they must know that something else awaits them upon their new path, which is life. And hopefully, they will be thankful for there was someone there to see them through the highs and the lows. And someone to hold onto while they ground beneath their feet was breaking. And the best that one can hope for, is that when they part ways, that they leave eachother with tender love.
