Radio Show
Michael Cosgrove appeared on my radio show over the phone from France. He was an absolutely incredible hit. People said afterward they hesitate to call because the guests are so good. This brought to the world to a small southern town in the United States, proving once again that it's a small world after all.
My guests have been Nikki, David S. Stephen Dohnberg, and Michael Cosgrove; and they were all wonderful. What people do from other countries in extending information to one another makes real for people the importance of personal contact in understanding what is going on in a country.
I am lining up new speakers and will be contacting others. DJ has some sensational writers and thinkers and to share them with Natchitoches is a great pleasure.
Michael Cosgrove was indeed a delight. His DJ "family" would have been proud. Kudos to others as well.

This is a great show, I can attest from my own experience. Carol asks some insightful questions, and the people who call in are genuinely curious about the guest's experience. Michael from France? Wow. Love that you're going international, Carol!

David, this is a very new experience in radio around here. The young man minding the board said he talked with the owner who said having this sort of thing in Louisiana and the rural South is unheard of. The wife of a judge was at a social yesterday and spoke with me. She said she and her husband were completely bowled over at the quality of guests and the interaction, that there was very little like this, and the guests were very good and professional.

As David says, and he's very well placed to know, having done a lot of interviews (as have I, but as a musician), Carol asks very insightful questions. They may seem anodyne on the surface, but hell, go answer them!!
Also, the people who phoned in didn't just do so to say hi, they asked real and pertinent questions that demanded no-bull answers, and I very much appreciated that.
Great staff welcome too.

My idea is to connect DJ folk through radio. A television station has inquired as well.
The people on DJ are amazing, bright, knowledgeable and we are a growing family. I love to show you off!

This is good news for all of us, because I think DJ has a great array of interesting people, knowledgeable in a variety of areas. The radio program will grow; people on DJ will have new outlets and get recognition, and everyone wins. How good is that!
