Well, it's about time. City Hall announced today that they are allowing street food vendors to sell more than hot dogs on Toronto streets, starting in late May.
The city’s new food offering will only be available at eight locations to start. And the food available ranges from Pad Thai to kebobs to jerk chicken.
Want to know where to find the exotic goodies in May? The new street food vendors will be parking their carts at:
@Mel Lastman Square - Thai
@Metro Hall - Afghani/Central Asian
@Nathan Phillips Square - Central Asian/Persian; Greek
@Queen’s Park - Middle Eastern
@Roundhouse Park - Eritrean
@Yonge and Eglinton - Korean
@Yonge and St. Clair - Caribfusion
