Op-Ed; Were Lerner, Moe and Curly running the IRS!

One thing evident during both the Congressional and Senate hearings into the IRS scandal, nobody knows anything, the leadership of the IRS is a bunch of bumbling knuckleheads that got paid to posture not report, and not a damn thing will ever be addressed about whether the refusal to grant 501 status to Tea Party groups may have effected an election.
Once again today Miller and now Shulman have no answers regarding bad behavior by their departments, and the audit done by the IG office was comical at best.
Democrats are using these hearings to blur the issue and attempt to enact interest in changing laws and regulation, and care less whether the truth comes out. We are not learning the Who, What , Where, or Why, and instead are being told the proverbial "Whatever!"
Moe and Curly, the ex-commissioners of the IRS know nothing saw nothing and heard nothing when asked questions but as Miller admitted he saw the news reports in 2011 but never took action, which that in itself can be construed as taking a political bias.
If you know that people are complaining in the press that their groups are being singled out for scrutiny by the IRS and don't pick up the phone to find out what the hell is happening, you could be construed as having a political agenda!
If you send out a group to investigate the Cincinnati office's targeting of Tea Party groups and fail to tell the Congress or Senate when answering their letters in the same timeline, you could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you continue to allow bad behavior from your people after changes were supposed to have taken place and not follow up on the application's processing, you could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you change the rules and stop the list and it shows back up supposedly without your knowledge, you could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you remove the questions asking for donor lists but allow the ones asking about what the organization does in their prayer meetings, you could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you know the questions are improper, unfair, and against the regulations but you allow more time to answer them, that is not fixing the problem, instead you could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you don't know who is running the department that is being audited and what is going on during that audit or don't care to know, you could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you want these same people overseeing the implementation, data collection, and enforcement of Obamacare, you could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you get your information on how your department is conducting itself with the public from CNN, FOX, and ProPublica, you having your job could be construed as having a political agenda.
If you think the American public is gonna put up with your comical behavior and refusal to answer to some serious questions, you are sadly mistaken.
Most of us will remember the direction you took this country during the next election cycle and remember who asked the tough questions and got answers.
