Greek Layered Dip

Hello All,
I have been known to make a mean Mexican dip, however I had a can of sliced black olives open and didn't know what to do with them. So I started looking around online and stumbled upon a greek layered dip. I was intrigued. I didn't follow it exactly because I had other things to use some artichoke I basically took the idea and ran with it.
This turned out amazing and will definitely be on a menu when hosting the next dinner party. Instead of just a hummus dip...or tzatziki dip...this is a mega Greek flavoured dish. Now I don't have measurements for you because well I didn't measure anything and winged it all. BUT I am sure your common sense will prevail and you will be able to get through it. :)
Greek Layered Dip
1st layer --> roasted garlic hummus (or whatever hummus you desire)
2nd layer-->Asiago and Artichoke sauce (tzatziki would be just as good here)
Now is where you can get creative...I split my layers.....
top with chopped tomatoes, sliced black or kalamata olives, cucumbers, feta, red onions....I sprinkled them in double layers to keep the colours pretty.
(OPTIONAL-->Adding lemon juice somewhere in here)

Use warmed up pita or pita chips for dipping. So so so good.
Enjoy. :)
