Beach Boys 50th anniversary DVD drops Nov. 20

For fans of the Beach Boys, it is always summer.
Furthermore, that summer has lasted for 50 years and now, to relive the memories, The Beach Boys: Live in Concert - 50th Anniversary Tour is set for release in November.
The recent anniversary concerts were captured for this DVD and it has all new material from their special 75 date world tour. They played to sold out crowds garnering rave reviews at every stop - from the Hollywood Bowl to its conclusion at London's Wembley Arena, so noted a release. It is due out on Nov. 20.
The group stopped at the Chicago Theatre for two shows in May.
"To document this once-in-a-lifetime moment in music history as The Beach Boys embarked on their 50th year anniversary world tour was an experience I still have not come down from. This show is a solidification of their legacy and a tribute to creative endurance and artistic achievement that crosses all cultural and geographical boundaries," said Co-Director Marc Bennett.
