Here's a picture of a beach in Zakynthos. For some reason every time I look at it, it calms me down. Maybe because I put myself on that beach every day for five minutes when I think that I had enough of everything. Imagery is a good way to get out of that depressive, wintery state.
No, I don't do yoga. But I use a bit of imagination every morning to calm my mind. Just picture yourself on that beach, soaking up the sun and swimming in the water, which is crystal clear. You can see many shells on the bottom of it, as warm water is hitting your body. Then you get out of the water, sit on the sand, and drink your martini.
