Sure, the
Emmy Awards will be handed out Sunday, Sept. 23 on ABC, but to some it is all about the parties.
Meanwhile, going into Sunday's show, the
competition is already heated as to what show and network will take home the most awards. As witnessed by the Creative Arts Emmys, which were handed out Sept. 15, HBO is the leader with 17 wins, then CBS with 13 and PBS with 11. The show that is off to a great start is "Game of Thrones" with six wins already. An edited version will air on ReelzChannel on Sept. 22, the night before the Emmys.
Take a look at the date once again for that edited version to air. Now, take a look at the list of parties below and one thing spring to mind. Many of those who won will not watch the
show because they will be attending a party, or more than one. They might not either way because, well, they work in television and watching themselves is not always easy. So, let's
party.
