Contacts, messages and that damn anti-spam msg

Today, I sent ONE private message this morning, so .... that is several hours ago. Despite this, I am unable to send yet another private message right now, and keep getting the constant, damn, irritating, anti-spam message, telling me I have been sending too many messages and to try again in a few minutes, which I have been TRYING to do for a few minutes... LOL It really is getting to be a pain. I wouldn't mind it I was sending lots of messages, but I'm NOT! LOL
