How do we write Apple terminology?

Whenever I write a report regarding Apple or some latest technology bit, I usually get confused as to how to write some of their products. For example, do I write Ipad or iPad?
I see that many news outlets are suffering from the same thing. The Inquirer writes Ipad, while the New York Times uses iPad.
What do we do? Any suggestions? What about when it's the first word in a sentence? Do we write IPad or Ipad?
