On December 14, 2006 the first reports of this amazing little girl aired on
CNN's Glenn Beck profiling a 12-year-old art prodigy who paints spiritual artwork well beyond her years.
In an interview in
2009 Akiane explains her gift, and understands the meaning of it.
The next year,
2010 Akiane demonstrates the talent bestowed on her by God, in a time lapse video of her painting called "Wonder."
This young woman is an inspiration to those that believe something beautiful can continue to be created in a world with so many things that make it dark.
