'Chandragupta Maurya' was a very popular TV show on the Indian TV channel 'Imagine TV'.
Liked by an audience of all ages, it’s about the life of the great Indian King, 'Chandragupta Maurya The Great', (born 345 BC, ruled 320 BC – 298 BC), who was the founder of the Maurya Empire.
He succeeded in conquering most of the Indian subcontinent after Alexander left India and is considered the first unifier of India as well as its first genuine emperor.
On 13'th of April, the TV Channel closed abruptly leaving the fans high and dry.
Fans immediately formed the 'Save Chandragupta Maurya' group on Facebook and are demanding that the TV show be started on some other Channel.

The Group has been adding 8000 members daily for the past one week.
