Radical Muslim Cleric Abu Hamza and four other men will face extradition to the US on charges relating to Terrorism.
The European court of human rights agreed on the extradition after substantial evidence was brought forward in support of these claims.

But the extradition order was almost denied after information emerged that several UK citizens were brutally treated in Guantanamo Bay by CIA agents.
And only after intensified talks between judges in Strasbourg as a decision been made on the future of Hamza.
The Strasbourg judges expressed that conditions in the Colorado jail where the five men will be held are no more severe that in our own European jailing system.
The decision will most definitely come as welcomed news for both the US and UK governments. And in turn should speed up any future extradition process between the two countries.
It is also rumoured that Wikileaks boss Julian Assange will be next to face extradition to America.

But however much i'm certain that the majority of people will agree with the decision on Hamza's extradition order to the US. I'm also certain that any extradition of Assange will be met with much more resilience.
