Donation to counter Terrorism
British government has donated six vehicles to Kenya anti-terrorism police unit to help in counter terrorists attack and to patrol.
UK high commissioners Peter Tibber said Kenya is facing real threats from terrorists.
Speaking during the presentations of vehicles in Nairobi internal security minister Prof. George Saitoti Said those arrested in connection with last week blasts attack Kenyans are among the foreigners, however he did not specify the nationalities of the foreign suspects.
He urged Kenyans to remain alert on look out .
Saitoti said members of the Somalia based AL-Shaabab linked to the international terrorist network Al-Qaeda are were responsible.
special police unit , the CID and Ballistic experts team have been formed to investigations into attacks.
Also a colonial era 500-kilograms grenade was found in Mombasa by fishermen rusted under the sea near the famous forte Jesus. The fishermen said there are two similars things of the same look where they find it.
Last week blast has already claimed two lives one being a grade 6 school pupil and more 30 admitted.
