What Does God Require of Thee?

True Religion and undefiled before God is/are those religions and communions that can tell you how many other religious expressions and their code of beliefs are wrong, and why, as well as how correct they themselves are… who are reporting their truths to you!
When the Eastern Churches and the Western Catholics ruled by Rome divided over their terms, words, semantics and shades of meaning that sounded so very different in their own ears and in their own minds and thinking than the others words, terms, phrases, when really it is all the same thing, or awfully close to all being the same things, but with oriental verses western words and terms and cultural expression of all pretty much that same religious beliefs, they all anathemamized one another, and began to murder and to slay and to bite and to devour one another in bitter hatred for one another!
In America now, we have several religions, not only Christian ones, or Catholic ones; but of several different kinds, some the same, while others are very opposite! And we do not even slay one another here for that, but believe that all people have the right to their own beliefs, whether revealed by God, or made up on their own to serve Him or themselves, or whatever they serve and worship, or don’t… whether they be right or wrong! On American soil, your religious habits and choices are your own!
But the Eastern Churches thinking shows up and decides that all the rest who do not worship that very same way that they do, then everyone else is also ‘anathemamized’ right along with everyone else who is also Western in their thinking, lifestyle and Church-style worship!
My Bible tells me to “Bless and curse not!” And “Do not allow a root of bitterness to spring up within you, so as to defile many!” And “Do not bite and devour one another lest you be consumed by one another!” So, thusly, I cannot no longer lean towards Eastern Church thinking, as they are so hateful and bitter and full of meanness and curses towards everyone else not like they are in their Eastern thinking and culture; and they even seem to be biting and devouring always among their own selves and suspicious of everyone and everything, all the time as well?!
St. James says that, “If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not curb his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is worthless. Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world!”
I have attended Anglican Churches that are surely built upon the blood of all of King Henry the 8th’s several dead wives and his enemies. And I have attended several Churches that seem to me to have little in common with the kind of liturgies that the First Apostles formulated for the Churches then from the Jewish Temple Worship, per example. But if Jesus loves them all, who am I to judge or hold a grudge against anyone aye? And Jesus did say, “By this will all people know that you are my disciples, if you all have love one for another!” So, maybe love, not forms of liturgies is/are what really unites us all as Christians and true believers after all? Thus, maybe worship forms free-style or formal liturgies are not as much what matters before Jesus as other things aye?
