Happy Seven Restaurant in Chinatown visited by large rat

An important PSA for anyone in Toronto who indulges in Chinese food in Chinatown. An intrepid photographer snapped a pic of a rat huddled by the window in Happy Seven Restaurant...and this is no tiny rat.

The most ironic part of the story is Toronto Public Health gave the resto a green pass sign only six days before the rat was spotted in the window.
