Has anyone read the Amendment to SB0099 introduced by the Senator who
also introduced the bill?

I haven't seen it Clifford. Anything particular worth mentioning? Feel free to share your thoughts.

Clifford are you talking about 093_SB0099sam001?

The amendment which resulted in the crossing out of many lines and replacing them in the final version of bill?

Response to Susan: Yes, that's the amendment. It changed (at
least some) of K-12 back to 6-12, and added a section for K-5
enforcing the appropriate instruction issue. Because neither
the Bill nor the Amendment were actively considered by the full senate, it is difficult to see the interaction.between the Bill and the Amendment.

The amendment was not put into the bill that came up for consideration.
