Terrell Pryor and the Lack of Afro-American QB's in the NFL

As much as I love to watch NFL games I'm starting to question their respect for Black QB's in the game. In the wake of the Ohio St. tattoo scandal talk has been coming out about whether Terrelle Pryor should go pro or come back and miss 5 games to stay at Ohio St.. What kind of dumb question is this and why is it that white QB's can come in and suck like Rex Grossman, Tim Tebow, Tim Couch, Ryan Leaf, Jake Delhomme, Derrick Anderson and Jimmy Clausen and still get to keep their jobs despite how trash or ineffective they are. Back in the day we had players to look up to like Doug Williams who was disrespected after winning a Super Bowl for the Redskins who is once again disrespecting another great in Donovan McNabb, and also players like Randell Cunningham and Warren Moon who where awesome players for their teams. I've watched teams stick with QB's sorry white QB's and kick struggling black QB's like Akili Smith right out the league. Seen QB's like Arron Brooks just vanish while players like Kyle Orton or Tony Romo still have a job. Chad Pennington is still in the NFL despite his evaluable contribution to the Dolphins but a dual threat like Pat White or Marcus Vick they want to turn into receivers. The only white QB's I remember getting knocked early was Eric Crouch Heiseman Trophy winner who retired early because he did not want to be a receiver for the Rams. Then we have Matt Jones from Arkansas that came in as a receiver. Black QB's like Jarrett Brown from West Virgina who had a great combine workout goes lower then Tim Tebow and is not currently on a roster. I understand that players like Jamarcus Russell can mess it up for some, but damn Ryan Leaf did mess it up also, he was a bust as well. Out of all 32 teams there is only 13 black QB's and only 4 are starting compared to 74 white QB's who r either starting or back-ups in the NFL. So are you trying to tell me that Jarrett Brown isn't better then any of the Broncos QB's or Pryor can't be better then Kerry Collins or Rusty Smith in Tennessee. Are you telling me the Vikings were better off with Favre's 18 ints then to give Tavaris Jackson the nod from the jump. There is not a better black QB that could have started in Arizona. We see the 49ers went back to Troy Smith in a pivotal game instead of using Alex Smith because of his leadership ability and talent. I fell there should be more black QB's in the NFL because some of these teams backups are not good and don't deserve to stay in the NFL. The Media needs to stop knocking Pryor because he will come in and be better then half these back-ups and for sure better then Tim Tebow who the media wants to be good so bad.
