A new study has shown that drinking fruit juice or vegetable juice more than 3 times a week cuts the risk factor of getting Alzheimer's disease by 76%. If you have it once or twice a week, it is cut by 16%.

2,000 adults were studied by Seattle researchers for the last 10 years.
"The theory is that the brain accumulates damage due to oxidation as we age, and if you can protect the brain from that damage you can protect the person from Alzheimer's disease and other causes of dementia,"
