Judge orders O.J. Simpson: Quit spending so much

Why does it matter?
Alright, so OJ is in major debt due to the fact that he still needs to pay $33.5 million civil judgment due to the Ron Goldman family (the deaths of Goldman and ex-wife Nicole, that he may or may have not have done).
So the judge thinks he's spending to much due to the serious fact that he owes a lot of money. I think that he is spending a little to much if he still owes 33.5 million dollars to someone's family. So now, OJ is only limited to the spending of nessacary and essential items. Such as food, bills, new clothes when needed, etc.
