Prevention.com has written up a list of six things you can do to avoid a cold this winter season. While some of these seem a bit on the OCD side, they're actually pretty effective. Here's my favorites:
1.Flick switches with the side of your hand or wrist, which makes you less likely to pick up or pass along germs on your hands.
2.Make all calls on your cell to avoid getting germs from other phones.
3.Carry your own pen everywhere. Borrowing others' is a prime way to pass germs.
What would you add to this list?
