article imageUpdate: Canadian Paralympian's Stolen Gold Medal Returned

By Brandigal (Donna)     Jan 21, 2007 in Crime
Paul Rosen's gold medal was stolen last week and this week it is returned.
He earned the gold medal as a member of the gold medal sledge hockey team at the 2006 games in Torino, Italy.
He asked whoever took it to just please return it, no questions asked and no charges would be laid. It turned up in a Canada Post sorting station in downtown Toronto.
Rosen was so happy when the medal was returned to him. He said it is his most prized possession.
Don Cherry, even pleaded for the culprit to do the right thing on Hockey Night In Canada.
So glad he got his medal back. He worked hard for it and deserved to have it.
