Hunt for road rage killer

Dennis Kwame Oppong, 26, was shot December 3,2006 while driving alone in his car in the early morning.
A dispute over a turn occurred between the victim and another car that was carrying the suspect and other people.
The suspect, who is well known to the police, took off in another vehicle and police are now thinking he may have fled the country and are expected to begin inquiries with foreign police forces.
The suspect is a re offender and was on statutory release with a lifetime ban from possessing weapons at the time of the shooting.


This is one reason why people should not be released early especially if they are known to be violent and re offend over and over again.
