Britney will take the two children to Miami for a week and when she returns K-Fed will be granted visitation at Spears' home from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This will be good until January 31st. After that no arrangements have been made.
The agreement stipulates that Spears will use her "best efforts to ensure that no third party visiting the home" interferes with Federline's time with the children. He wants only Spears, her assistant, the children's nanny and other household staff to be allowed in the home during his visits. This is still being worked out.

I can see the spousal support but custody no, i believe they need to share in custody of their children.
