My prayers have been answered by Rollyo.com. I now have my own custom search engine!

I am a ChaCha Guide (more on that here). We help InfoSeekers seek out information throug a variety of search methods. Did I mention we do this live? We specialize in "keywords" and train on them to become "Masters". I have found that for certain keywords, there are certain sites that I visit quite frequently and do not use a search engine to get there. Let's say you want to find a pair of the latest jeans to purchase online. I wouldn't go to a search engine because I'd get all sorts of reviews or other garbage that would take up my time with the InfoSeeker. I'd go to a site like [url=http://www.shopzilla.com]www.shopzilla.com or [url=http://www.bizrate.com]www.bizrate.com to get lots of options for my search results. In the past that hasn't been too hard but now I have found a way to integrate all of this and more! Rollyo.com lets you set up your own search enging. How do they do this? I picked all of the sites that I would use for shopping comparisons and put them in a Shopping Comparison "searchroll". Now I select the radio button and type "jeans". A few seconds and my results from the sites I like and only those sites are listed! But I'm sure you already thought, "yeah, but you'd have to login, return to the search page, then search and all that takes too much time". Problem solved! Rollyo.com lets you put YOUR search code on any page you would like. I use a blogger.com site that I keep closed to the public. They will even customize a search bar for you with your branding and logo with their Partners program. Look for that when I open my eStore! I have been reviewing alot of web 2.0 sites and found alot of the same concepts repackaged and served. Rollyo.com is honestly my favorite and the most useful of all of them and I am sure you will agree!
