Toronto Man Serving Time in United States Jail Having Difficulties Getting Transfer

By Critical_Conformity     Jan 5, 2007 in Crime
Toronto Man has already served 18 years in Jail for Break and Enters and is having hard time getting Transfered back to Canada.
He is Serving 160 years in a U.S. jail for four break and enters has to pay $72,000 before he can even apply for a transfer to a Canadian prison and a chance of early release.
Derek Twyman, 43, was jailed in North Carolina.
His family lost their Business years ago when the victims sued his family, who owned a furniture store.
This sentence he was handed means a variety of things:
- Don't do the Crime if you can't do the time.
- Have money put aside for good lawyers in case your caught.
- Don't break laws in influential places, you will get shafted if you are a nobody to them.
- The family should have stayed in Canada, hell people get less time for murder.
Poor parents who lost their Business, sad, I feel bad for them.
