The French government announced plans to create a "legal right" to housing in response to a snowballing campaign that has seen a tent city for the homeless spring up in the heart of Paris.
It's nice to see good old fashioned Liberalism still exists! After Scotland, France becomes the second nation to do so. And Canada?
This is long overdue. You can actually survive longer without food than without shelter. It's a step in the right direction.
