Rep. Rangel 'evicts' V.P. Cheney from Capitol office

Outgoing V.P. Dick Cheney as the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee had to surrender his office to the new Chairman Democrat Charles Rangel (NY). Fox says V.P. was evicted.
Dick Cheney had been loaned and office in the Capitol during Republican control of Congress. The office is designated for a committee chairman.
FOX spins Rangel as the bad guy for "booting Cheney." While, Cheney is "gracious" for handing over the office without a fuss.
Dick Cheney had to surrender the office of "Chairman of the House of Ways and Means Commitee" and replaced by the Democrat Charles Rangel (NY). Fox is mocking Rangel as the bad guy. Here is the actual story. What do you think about this episode?
