article imageCNN Apologizes for Mistaken Headline

CNN apologized Tuesday for mistakenly promoting a story on the search for Osama bin Laden with the headline "Where's Obama?"
Barack Obama has already accepted the apology and said that no harm was felt and that he was sure it was a simple typo.
The huge mistake came monday night during Wolf Blitzer's show, "the Situation Room." Blitzer nad Soledad O'brien offered apoligies on two separate occasions.
The mistake came when a story about Osama bin Laden was supposed to air...but the graphics department obviously made a huge typographical error.
"We want to apologize for that bad typo," Blitzer said. "We also want to apologize personally to Sen. Barack Obama. I'm going to be making a call to him later this morning to offer my personal apology."
Bloggers and other activists brought the error to attention with lightning speed, and Obama's campaign thanked them for it:
"Though I'd note that the `s' and `b' keys aren't all that close to each other, I assume it was just an unfortunate mistake, and don't think there was any truly malicious intent," Vieto said.
I'd personally like to know how someone made that's really crazy. The first thing I thought was "the b and s aren't close at all..." and then that's exactly what Obama's spokesman said. I really hope it was just an unfortunate mind-fart.
