IHeartMovies.com a social networking site for movie lovers and fans.
I Heart Movies, was orginally called Movie Database (MovieDb) in it's initial draft. It was started by Jason English and Matt Newton in May of 2005. As more time progressed we decided to make Movie Db a community and multi-user DVD collection and informational resource.
It's first intended use was as a manual install script for any film fanatic. Well this idea soon was thrown out when a few of our friends found this idea to be interesting and were interested in using Movie Db (Now, I Heart Movies). We turned it into what you see now. A place to organize your DVD collection and view it in several ways, share information and discuss films with movie lovers.
I Heart Movies, is place to organize your DVD collection and view it in several ways, share information and discuss films with movie lovers. It is like Shelfari.com which is for books or Pandora.com for music. IHeartmovies.com is a new site, is free for now. I checked the site, very basic not difficult to browse. Every user adds his or her movies lists, ranks each of the movie and gives feedback. Each movie has the various actors, actresses names, movie information, trailer, ratings, picture gallery, they have an extensive database. IHeartmovies.com also allows an option to buy Videos. If you like movies, then this is a good place to be.
